Welcome to my store! Below is my detailed shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please note, there is only one other person in addition to myself (Nicole) running this store, so kindness is always appreciated. 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following USPS shipping options:

  • Media Mail
  • Ground Advantage
  • Priority Mail

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. 

Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to product availability.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via your customer account to monitor its progress.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information, which can be accessed through your customer account.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If USPS or your local post office marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS or your local post office to escalate the issue or file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages once marked as delivered.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please contact me.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
  • Shipping for Returns: We provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please note:
    • No refunds will be issued for items returned after 7 days.
    • Refunds cannot be issued for orders where customers have simply changed their minds.

Personalized Orders

If you would like your book signed and personalized, please include the personalization details at checkout. For example, if you’d like your book signed to your name, let me know at the time of purchase.
