No shame in this one! I find it extremely important to utilize trigger warnings; as a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, and emotional abuse, it would be devastating if I was reading something that included any of the above and I didn’t know it or I wasn’t prepared. These days tho I’m not as easily triggered, and usually jump to read anything and everything that claims to have trigger warnings LOL just call it dark humor and coping mechanisms.
