One walk in the woods changed the course of my life forever.

I’d seen strange things before, but learning the man I’m falling for can shift into a bear topped them all. I should have been afraid of him, but I felt something a whole lot worse than fear.

Curiosity.

He’s the only person I’ve ever known to be immune to my gift. The only person whose thoughts I can’t hear. Everything from his claws to his glare is dangerous, but I don’t care.
