I’m obsessed with zombies, crossword puzzle scratch-offs, true crime podcasts, floating on the Chipola River, and audiobooks.

My first daughter was born in Korea (stationed there for military), my second was born on the side of the road. Not kidding. Thankfully her father is a paramedic and didn’t freak out (too much). This inspired a scene in my book Operator, if you’re nosey.

I suffer from intense anxiety, and books have always been my escape.

My favorite books to read (aside from romance, obviously) are The Martian and/or Hail Mary by Andy Weir. They’re my comfort reads.

If I could travel anywhere tomorrow, all expenses paid, I would go to Scotland.
